MEDIA UPDATES

ON THE ROAD - FEATURING
SEBA VICE PRESIDENT ALISHA ROSA

Welcome to On The Road, a series hosted by SEBA Vice President Alisha Rosa, where we spotlight our members and powerful moments in law enforcement and community connection across San Bernardino County.

In this episode of SEBA: On The Road, Vice President Alisha Rosa travels to Las Vegas for the 2025 Police World Series Softball Tournament, where 70 law enforcement teams from across the country come together for competition, camaraderie—and tribute. We follow the San Bernardino County “Hit Squad” as they take the field not just for sport, but to honor one of their own: Redlands Police Officer Seth Franklin, a longtime teammate, brother, and friend who recently passed away. Known affectionately as White Lightning—“the slowest fast guy you'd ever meet”—Seth was the team’s heart and leadoff hitter.
