PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE - MARCH 2026
SEBA PRESIDENT ALISHA ROSA
Join us in the upcoming Honor Our Fallen 5K, taking place on March 15th at 8:00 a.m. at the Sheriff's Academy.
While the event provides an opportunity to promote wellness and strengthen camaraderie, its purpose is far more meaningful. The Honor Our Fallen 5K serves as a time to remember our fallen partners and to keep their families in our hearts as we recognize their ultimate sacrifice.
The first 250 registered participants will receive two commemorative medals created in honor of Andrew Nunez and Hector Cuevas, Jr. Challenge coins will also be available for purchase for $20. With nearly 200 individuals already registered, members are encouraged to sign up soon at SEBA.com.
This event represents more than a run. It is an opportunity to stand together in remembrance, unity, and support of the families and partners who will always remain part of the SEBA family.
Lo and Order PODCAST
LO AND ORDER dives into the critical issues impacting law enforcement professionals and the communities they protect. Hosted by Lolita Harper, we provide insightful discussions on topics that matter most to our public safety members, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the challenges and triumphs of those who serve.
SEBA Chief Executive Officer Lolita Harper sits down with retired San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Sergeant James Snow—woodworker, mentor, and author of The Pivot: A Guide to Moving Forward When the Mission Changes. After a 28½-year career spanning patrol, narcotics, SWAT, traffic, and academy leadership, Snow reflects on what happens when the mission changes and who you are when the badge comes off.
