ON THE ROAD | EP. 4 – ACADEMY TACTICAL STAFF
“The more I’m here, the more I realize you’re kind of their first eye on what law enforcement really is supposed to look like. When you set the example, everything you say and do—they’re listening.”
In this episode of SEBA: On The Road, Vice President Alisha Rosa takes us inside the Frank Bland Regional Training Center, where our members who are assigned as the tactical staff of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department do more than instruct—they lead, mold, and set the standard.
For 24 weeks, these law enforcement professionals push trainees through intense physical, mental, and emotional challenges. But it’s not about breaking them—it’s about building them up with purpose, precision, and pride. Every command, every correction, every moment is designed to prepare recruits not just to wear the badge, but to honor it.
Excellence is a standard. Nothing less.
This episode is a tribute to the men and women behind the scenes—the tactical staff who train with conviction and lead with legacy.
